**The Role**

This position operates Sunday to Thursday with varying hours. By applying, you confirm your availability for these days.

As a Sales Assistant, your focus is on delivering outstanding customer service to create memorable shopping experiences and foster a positive brand connection. You should be energetic, genuine, and customer-focused, offering personalized assistance to our customers seeking top products and brands.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador with positivity and professionalism
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Providing personalized 1:1 customer service
  • Assisting with customer queries and sales transactions
  • Collaborating with management and team to meet KPIs and targets
  • Supporting store tasks such as visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Escalating customer complaints to management
  • Completing mandatory training on products, policies, and procedures

**What We're Looking For**

Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar industry

The ability to deliver excellent service and go above and beyond

Passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands

A positive attitude and team spirit

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and learning new skills

Strong communication skills and engagement with customers and colleagues

The ability to multi-task

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
