Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead new build projects in the commercial construction sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full project lifecycles, including programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams, mentoring site staff and subcontractors, and collaborating with design, commercial, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
  • Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
  • Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering new build commercial construction projects
  • Strong track record across sectors (education, health, community, commercial, residential)
  • Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $100M+

Location and Salary

This position is based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The salary range for this role is A$180,000 per year.
