About the Position

The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of council services, including answering customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on a wide range of services. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of council services, including customer enquiries and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information on council services and policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III qualification in Customer Contact or a related field, or demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role combined with ongoing professional development
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a dynamic and fast-paced customer service environment, including face-to-face, call centre, and electronic communication
  • The ability to communicate effectively through various channels, both verbally and in writing, and empathise with customers and staff at all levels
