  • Drive cross-functional digital campaigns across paid media, social, SEO, email, and web, collaborating with channel leads to drive business growth.
  • Oversee campaign operations, including testing, quality assurance, asset management, and deployment, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing metrics such as MQLs, CTR, conversions, and lead quality, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Collaborate with automation and CRM teams to design high-performing nurture journeys and lifecycle flows that drive conversions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and translate campaign data into actionable insights, providing stakeholders with valuable information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support performance reporting and assist with attribution tracking for marketing and sales stakeholders, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to organic strategy development, including blog and web content creation, aligned with campaign and brand objectives.
  • Support social content planning and execution, working closely with creative and channel teams to deliver engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation roles, preferably in B2B environments.
  • A strong understanding of paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and familiarity with marketing attribution frameworks.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across global, matrixed teams, possessing a collaborative and agile mindset.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business; certifications in Google, Meta, or LinkedIn are a plus.
