Aged Care Assistant

This role involves providing supportive care to residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering quality aged care services and align closely with our organisational values: Unconditional Love, Continual Innovation, Mutual Trust, Wise Stewardship and Safety.
Responsibilities
We are seeking someone who is passionate about Aged Care and has the necessary qualifications and skills to support our residents.
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living.
- Delivering high-quality care services that meet the needs of our residents.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.
Requirements
The following qualifications and skills are required:
- A current Certificate 3 in Individual Support or willingness to obtain.
- First Aid and CPR qualification.
- Current NDIS Check.
- Police Check and Blue Card.
- Valid Australian Work Rights.
