">We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the presentation and maintenance of shopping centers in Perth's Peel region. This role is ideal for an ambitious Assistant Ops Manager looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of safety and minimal disruptions to tenants. Your expertise should include technical facilities management, operational and capital expenditure budgeting, reactive and preventative maintenance issue resolution, monthly reporting, stakeholder relationship development and management, contractor management, and compliance and OH&S adherence.
