Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting customers with their purchases, including answering questions, processing transactions, and handling returns/exchanges.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
  • Contributing to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Participating in stock organization, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
