We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Select and engage consultants to produce high-quality construction documentation
  • Manage consultants and coordinate the documentation process with them
  • Raise design-related issues at regular meetings and track follow-ups
  • Deliver completed documentation to the construction team and assist them during construction on any design-related queries
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a Design Management role
  • Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
  • Experience in Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Tender Phase as well as Construction & Delivery Phase is advantageous
  • Experience working on new build construction projects valued $30M+
