Job Description

As a Registered Cath Lab Nurse with Healthscope, you will be part of a close-knit and friendly team working in our state-of-the-art Cath Lab facilities. You will provide expert nursing care to complex patients, collaborating with cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and radiologists to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

You will lead successful quality improvement and safety management projects, ensuring the delivery of desired outcomes. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs and act as a role model for safe practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

  • Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
  • Collaborate with the Cath Lab team on coronary angiograms, pacemakers, vascular procedures, and more
  • Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
  • Act as a role model for Safe Practice
  • Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in Cath Lab, Coronary Care, or ICU
  • Working with Children check
  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused
