Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Cybersecurity Portfolio Delivery team at Macquarie. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of major cybersecurity projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to work closely with the Program Manager to deliver projects key to our Cybersecurity strategy. You will utilize your extensive project management experience to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget and reasonable quality.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Project Management, preferably in institutional banking or financial services
  • A recognised industry certification (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or similar)
  • Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Complex problem-solving skills and a broad understanding of technology and cybersecurity
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills within a challenging business environment

Earned Salary Estimate

Based on national averages, we estimate that this role could earn between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on factors such as location and level of experience.
