  • This role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced support workers to join a reputable home care provider on a permanent part-time basis.
  • A competitive hourly rate of $31.74 plus 11.5% superannuation applies to this position.
  • You will be reimbursed for travel expenses at a rate of $0.92 per kilometer, plus paid travel time between clients.
  • We are seeking candidates who can work flexibly across the Central Coast region, including Gosford, Woy Woy, Avoca Beach, Kincumber, and surrounding suburbs.

About the Role:

  • You will provide personalized support to help clients with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, promoting social connection and wellbeing.
  • Ensure the safe handling of clients and implement safety practices, such as manual handling and driver awareness.
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social activities, providing a valuable service to those in need.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • We welcome applicants with a minimum of 12 months experience in individual support or related fields.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification is highly regarded.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and possession of a current Australian Driver's License are essential requirements.
