Deliver high-quality in-home support services to our valued customers, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity:
- Support our customers with their personal care needs, including personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and mealtime assistance.
- Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Transport customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings, promoting their social interaction and community engagement.
- Conduct client observations and provide ongoing training and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
- A minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support.
Your New Role:
- Personal Care: Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help at Home: Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Transport: Transport customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Client Awareness: Conduct client observations and provide ongoing training and support.
We welcome applicants with experience and/or qualifications in:
- Disability Support Work.
- Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
- Community Services work.
- Bachelor of Nursing.
