Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Specialist Neuropsychiatric service in Newport, South Wales. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care within our service.
Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with clinical and operational teams to support effective practical leadership and promote a culture of high performance and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with the Quality Lead for Hospitals and under the direction of the Hospital Director to ensure the delivery of high standards of patient-centered care within key quality domains.
- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, clinical audit, and adherence to relevant NICE guidelines.
- Provide compassionate leadership and coordination of quality improvement initiatives, clinical audit, and adherence to relevant NICE guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the Unit Managers to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as coordination of quality improvement initiatives, clinical audit, and NICE guidelines.

Person Specification- A qualified RMN/RNLD with extensive knowledge and experience of working with neuropsychiatric disorders.
