About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Operations Supervisor to join our team at Everi Pty. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of patrons within the aquatic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visual inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for managing aquatic equipment and facilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate lifeguards on deck, ensuring a safe environment for patrons.
  • Provide education and training to patrons on water safety and supervision.
  • Manage incident reports and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
  • Attend and participate in quarterly training sessions and other meetings as required.
Requirements
  • SISSS Pool Lifeguard certification, including Deep Water Accreditation depth test to 5m.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Advanced Resuscitation certification (desirable).
