Embark on a new challenge as the Manager, Airport Services Training, where you will lead the development and delivery of training programs for staff members.

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including e-learning modules and practical exercises, to equip staff with the skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service and execute operational procedures safely.
  • Facilitate training sessions, ensuring staff are competent and well-equipped to meet the demands of their roles.
  • Evaluate employee performance during training and on the job, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all training programs align with relevant aviation regulations, policies, and safety standards.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive best-in-class training outcomes. You will have the opportunity to challenge existing business practices, identify efficiencies, and transform the Airport Services training footprint.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in aviation or a related field (desirable) or demonstrated experience in a Training and Compliance capacity.
  • Professional certifications in Instructional Design, Agile Learning Design, or Lean Six Sigma (highly desirable).
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and transformation initiatives, as well as regulatory and compliance oversight.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of commercial practices.
  • The ability to champion innovation and experimentation, encouraging others to challenge the status quo and explore new ideas.
