Key Operational Leadership Role:
This role is responsible for driving retention, loyalty, and growth opportunities within the dynamic customer service team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead exceptional sales through customer-centric teamwork and professional ethics.
- Identify and implement performance improvement processes for inbound and outbound activities.
- Develop and manage outbound campaigns to increase Net Amount Financed (NAF) and loyalty.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers to achieve business objectives.
- Empower team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
