We're looking for a skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Our team approach focuses on building quality support services around individual needs and goals. We strive to provide diverse caseloads catering to your experience and interests, ensuring no two days are the same.

About the Role

We're expanding our Speech Therapy team and welcome experienced Speech Therapists eager to take their career to the next level. Our caseloads cover early intervention, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

  • Manage an allocated caseload, deliver timely therapeutic services, and work closely with our Early Years caseload (0-5) - Clinic/Home-based early intervention and parent coaching.
  • School-aged children (5-18) - Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation.
  • Adults - Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • A passion for collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.
  • A desire to make a real difference within the community.
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferable).
