Job Title: Fashion Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated leader to oversee daily operations of multiple retail sites across New South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales, wages, and shrinkage targets for your area while driving a sales culture throughout our Concept and Concession teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multiply Lead Role: Lead, manage, and develop multiple sites and teams to achieve exceptional results in line with our company objectives.
  • Stock Management: Analyze and manage stock levels in all sites to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Roster Preparation: Prepare and analyze rosters that are costed to achieve targets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Retail Operations Management: Manage all aspects of retail operations within your area, including maintaining high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing multiple sites with a fashion apparel retailer, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strategic Leadership Skills: Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Passionate Visual Merchandiser: A genuine passion for Visual Merchandising, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Organizational Expertise: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
