We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Cleaning Operations Manager. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining a clean and safe environment, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained in accordance with client expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet operational demands.
  • Coordinate the management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on cleaning activities, highlighting achievements and addressing any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, techniques and equipment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of safety protocols in a Defence Base environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the operational needs.
