The role of Administration Officer is a dynamic and pivotal position within the organization, requiring a professional and positive image.
Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the needs of clients are consistently met, and providing essential support to the Planning and Development department.
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for processing applications submitted through the NSW Planning Portal, producing and issuing certificates using standard templates, digitizing drainage diagrams and other historical records, managing requests related to the Government Information (Public Access) Act (GIPA), and creating and maintaining registers within Council's Civica Authority application management system.
Essential skills and qualifications include completion of a Certificate III in Administration or similar, or relevant experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in the area of Administration in a government agency or similar non-government agency is also required.
