Job Opportunity: Corporate Valuations Manager/Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Corporate Valuations Manager or Senior Manager.

  • Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct comprehensive transaction valuations for businesses, shares, and financial instruments.
    2. Prepare independent expert reports and fairness opinions for shareholders on transaction terms.
    3. Deliver high-quality financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing, and share option valuations.
    4. Provide strategic corporate finance and M&A advice, covering cost of capital, capital management, and deal value analysis.
    5. Lead portfolio business reviews to identify performance improvements and support investment decisions.
  • Requirements:
    1. Experience in core business valuations with a proven track record of delivering client engagements across diverse industries.
    2. Ability to provide transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital management.
    3. Strong skills in market research, data analysis, financial modeling, project management, and preparing client deliverables.
    4. Excellent consulting capabilities and client relationship skills.
    5. Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Master's in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar.
