  • Responsibilities:
    • Book studio sessions and coordinate logistics for clients.
    • Process payments and manage accounts receivable.
    • Assist the Founder/Managing Director with daily business operations.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Requirements:
    • Demonstrated experience in operations, administration, or executive assistance.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and project management software.
