- Manage client relationships, handle accounts receivable, and process invoices with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to maintain quality standards and efficiency.
- Responsibilities:
- Book studio sessions and coordinate logistics for clients.
- Process payments and manage accounts receivable.
- Assist the Founder/Managing Director with daily business operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in operations, administration, or executive assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
