Education Counsellor Role

 

We are seeking an accomplished Education Counsellor to join our team. As an Education Counsellor, you will play a vital role in promoting partner institutions and their courses to students, developing suitable study plans that meet students' needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote partner institutions and their courses to students through effective communication and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement suitable and relevant study plans that meet students' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with students, parents, partner institutions, government agencies, and industry-related organisations to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentations as per the required systems.
  • Work closely with admissions teams to facilitate smooth admissions processes for students.
  • Assist in organising promotional activities, including exhibitions and events.

 

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree from an Australian university or equivalent work experience/overseas qualifications.
  • Have unrestricted work rights in Australia.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in a second language - Vietnamese.
