About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team as a Leading Hand. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and overseeing works to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate site teams to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Oversee carpentry tasks and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Communicate effectively with site management and trades to ensure smooth project operation
  • Work across multiple projects and sites as required
Requirements
  • Qualified carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry
  • Demonstrated experience in residential apartment and/or luxury home builds is advantageous
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and travel as required
  • Hold own tools and valid NSW driving licence is desirable
