About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to take on a leadership position, showcasing their skills both on and off the tools. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry and a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise site teams, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and overseeing works to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Perform carpentry tasks, demonstrating confidence and expertise in refurb construction methods.
  • Communicate effectively with Site Management and trades to provide updates on project progress and ensure smooth operation of the site.
  • Oversee and work across multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
Requirements
  • Qualified carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry.
  • Demonstrated experience in residential apartment and/or luxury home builds will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work across multiple sites, with a commitment to travel and flexibility.
  • Hold your own tools and have a valid NSW driving licence.
