About the Role- Plan, coordinate, and schedule Global Engineering and Technical Governance and Assurance (TG&A) activities
- Ensure the Independent Technical Authority (ITA) Framework and Global Engineering Framework (GEF) are up-to-date and compliant
- Notify the Engineering Integrity team of changes in TG&A activity scheduling
- Develop, implement, and maintain TG&A training programs
- Maintenance of robust technical processes and procedures
- Identification of areas for improvement and implementation of corrective actions
- Development of strategic plans to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Extensive experience in engineering management, particularly in technical activities
- Demonstrated understanding of engineering's role in various business sectors
- Familiarity with multiple lifecycle types, including product development and repair/overhaul
A Chartered or Professional Engineer status with a recognized professional body, or ability to obtain within 12 months of joining. Security Clearance is also required.
