Sales Floor Ambassador

This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging store environment that meets the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- To assist with merchandising all products on the sales floor, ensuring that our customers have access to a wide range of high-quality products.
- To support efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following our store receiving processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- To provide high-level customer service standards, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people. You should also be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
