Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create a high-performance culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support across various areas of the store, including customer-facing and back-of-house operations.
  • Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and a customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
