About the Role
  • You will be responsible for leading the product lifecycle, from research and planning to launch and optimisation.
  • This is a strategic role where you will develop portfolio-specific marketing plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales and Engineering, and own the go-to-market strategy for all product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning:
    • You will define product strategies and own the product portfolio roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market needs.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to phase-out. You will monitor product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make recommendations for pricing and promotions.
  • Marketing Execution:
    • You will lead the implementation of the portfolio's marketing plan and collaborate with the Marketing Services Manager to develop content and sales tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • You will act as the voice of the customer within internal teams and deliver training to sales teams and channel partners.

Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or a related field is required.
  • You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles, ideally within the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in product strategy, lifecycle management, and market-led decision-making is essential.
  • Experience in leading marketing initiatives or managing marketing plans for a product or business unit is a must.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
