As a critical member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties. You will be responsible for planning and implementing preventative maintenance programs, ensuring that all equipment is functioning at optimal levels.

You will also be responsible for training and supervising other staff members, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Train and supervise other staff members on maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a maintenance function within a large complex.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Property Management Systems.
