Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team as a Facilities Operations Manager. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient planned and unplanned facilities maintenance services in an industrial environment.

  • Develop and implement safety management principles and objectives;
  • Ensure safety improvements are realised through regular communication and interactions with team and contractors;
  • Maintain safety management systems and ensure they are implemented and monitored;

You will work closely with our team and clients to provide exceptional service and support, demonstrating personal ownership of safety through proactive risk-based decision making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritise works, and possess good communication skills;
  • Current Drivers License (essential);
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Experience with facility inspections;
  • Average understanding of financial impact of building concerns (expense and capital planning);
  • Technical knowledge of building systems and facilities management processes;
  • Strong contractor management and relationship management skills;
