Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at CBRE. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach and be able to oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage the day-to-day operations of facilities management, ensuring that all tasks are completed within contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.
  • To build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation, including vendor compliance and financial administration.
  • To assist vendors with procurement and training as required, ensuring smooth contract execution.
  • To provide timely reports and updates to the facilities management team, supporting informed decision-making.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service focus with excellent communication skills, able to work with internal and external clients at all levels.
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field, with exposure to front-of-house/client-facing roles.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
