Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned geologist to lead our team in a FIFO role at a Goldfields, WA mine site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing geological models, schedules, and forecasts to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Geology team.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with site safety protocols.
  • Develop and communicate short-term geological models and schedules.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between Geology, Mining, Processing, and Logistics teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Geology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years' post-degree experience with a background in Lithium.
  • Proficiency in Surpac, GCX, Vulcan software, and database management.
  • Experience in planning, designing, and executing RCGC programs.
