Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Airport Passenger Care Specialist to join our team at Hobart Airport. As a key member of our airport operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all passengers.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to passengers between the terminal and aircraft, while also working collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth airport operations.

As an Airport Passenger Care Specialist, you will be required to work variable shifts, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends, to meet airline schedules.

You will be responsible for handling passenger baggage, manoeuvring wheelchairs as needed, and providing general assistance to passengers. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role.
