Role Overview: As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
  • Ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, with a strong focus on safety and inclusivity.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
