As a Senior Educator and Team Leader at Goodstart, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll take charge of your own room, collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
