Senior Lawyer: Family Law Role

Our boutique, multi-disciplinary law firm seeks a seasoned Senior Lawyer to lead and shape our Family Law practice.

This senior-level position involves managing complex family matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, spousal maintenance, and binding financial agreements.

  • Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional results and providing strategic advice.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years PQE in Family Law with proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Australian Family Law and local court procedures.

We value teamwork and collaboration in our supportive and inclusive work environment. As a senior lawyer, you will have the opportunity to mentor and supervise junior lawyers while working on diverse and challenging cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in Family Law, with expertise in complex parenting and property matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
