About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and respectful individual to join our team as a Homecare Support Worker. As a Community Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting independent living amongst elderly members of the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and self-care assistance, including showering and dressing support, medication prompting
  • Assist with domestic support, meal preparation, and respite and social support
  • Transport and accompany clients to appointments
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Cert III in Individual Support/ Home & Community Care/ Aged Care or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
  • Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID001)
  • Current Victorian Drivers license and own vehicle
  • Proficiency using a mobile phone and its applications
