About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Disability Support Program Lead - Community Connections. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in mentoring and guiding a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centered outcomes for the people we support.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and refining individual programs of support in line with a person's NDIS goals
  • Establishing links to a person's community that offer them greater opportunity for inclusion and valued social roles
  • Supporting, supervising, and developing assigned team members
  • Managing transport logistics during service delivery
  • Collaborating on service quality monitoring, planning, analysis, and reporting

You will also work closely with our Leadership team to ensure smooth rostering and system updates.

About You

We are seeking someone who is driven to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we support. As a Disability Support Program Lead - Community Connections, you will need to be a natural influencer, modelling a positive attitude, professional conduct, and commitment to quality outcomes and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A deep understanding of the NDIS, its funding, and systems
  • Experience in leading and inspiring small teams
  • Prior support worker experience, including knowledge of tasks associated with a disability support worker
  • Commitment to service excellence, human rights, and zero tolerance to violence, abuse, neglect, and exploitation
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

In addition to your salary, we provide access to Not For Profit Salary Packaging benefits, which can help you save up to 30% of your gross salary.
