This is a unique chance for your policy career to advance. Our team is seeking an experienced professional to join the heavy vehicle reform team.
The successful candidate will undertake strategic research, develop policies and legislation, and support the delivery of the Heavy Vehicle Reform Program.
About Us: We play a vital role in national land transport policy and law reform. We work collaboratively with governments to improve safety, productivity, environmental outcomes, consumer confidence, and regulatory efficiency.
About You:
- Significant experience in strategic government policy development and regulatory reform.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including synthesising diverse information sources and building compelling arguments.
- Senior stakeholder management and ability to build productive working relationships.
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills, including experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support public policy development.
- Adaptable program and project management involving multiple disciplines and delivery partners.
Eligibility Requirements: Unlimited rights to work in Australia and agreement to pre-employment screening, which includes probity checks and psychometric testing.
