Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, the Cabinet Installer - Carpentry Specialist reports directly to the Install Manager (or Install Supervisor in specific regions). This role focuses on the delivery and installation of various appliances, emphasizing our core values of Safety, Service, Cost Efficiency, and Team Collaboration.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate arrival schedules with clients.
  • Assess and provide estimates for appliance upgrades and cabinet modifications during site visits.
  • Install kitchen and laundry appliances, including dishwashers, range hoods, microwaves, and refrigerators.
  • Customize countertops and cabinetry to accommodate new appliances.
  • Responsible for the disposal of outdated appliances and packaging materials.
  • Utilize trade skills to address and resolve any issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of carpentry experience with relevant certification.
  • Possess a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on customer service and safety practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Results-oriented with proficiency in relevant computer applications.
  • Experience with appliances or furniture is advantageous.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent full-time position, operating Monday through Friday.
  • Standard working hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • Company-provided vehicle, tools, uniform, and mobile phone.
  • Onsite parking available.
