Job Title: Cabinet Maker

At Winning Services, we are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances, with a focus on safety, service, cost, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule arrival times with customers to ensure seamless installation processes.
  • Measure and quote for appliance upgrades and cabinet adjustments during visits to provide accurate estimates.
  • Install kitchen and laundry appliances, including dishwashers, rangehoods, microwaves, and fridges, to meet customer needs.
  • Customize benchtops and cabinets for new appliances to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Dispose of old appliances and packaging in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Employ trade expertise to solve any issues that may arise during installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of carpentry experience and certification.
  • Clean driving record to ensure safe transportation of equipment and materials.
  • Strong customer focus and safety orientation to prioritize customer needs and well-being.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven with proficiency in computer applications to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Experience with appliances or furniture is a plus, but not required.
