Job Description

The role offers a unique opportunity to make your mark in this leadership position, where no two days are the same.

You will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership to 5 small teams across the region in planning and delivering work, as well as allocating and coordinating resources to ensure successful project completion.

The role also involves assisting in the estimation process for works and supervising major and minor contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop maintenance schedules, allocate resources, monitor budgets, and provide technical knowledge as needed.
  • Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
Benefits

Your pay will start from $92,000 per annum, plus superannuation and award allowances.

Candidates with experience in a Depot/Works environment are encouraged to apply.

A satisfactory National Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check are mandatory.

Willingness to travel regionally within the region is required.
