Director of Operations

This leadership position offers a dynamic and challenging environment where no two days are the same.

• Provide hands-on leadership to 5 small teams across the region in planning and delivering work.
• Allocate and coordinate resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Assist in the estimation process for works and supervise major and minor contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess well-rounded leadership skills, including the ability to develop maintenance schedules, allocate resources, monitor budgets, and provide technical knowledge as needed.

Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous. The position requires willingness to travel regionally within the area.

A satisfactory National Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check are mandatory.
