As a seasoned professional in tile consultation, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their tile selection journey. This role involves working closely with residential builders and their clients to deliver one-on-one consultations across multiple stores and studios.

About the Role
  • Manage the full consultation process, from establishing rapport to upselling products, processing orders, and completing all related administrative tasks.
  • Provide expert advice and product guidance to help clients bring their dream homes to life.

You will play a crucial role in strengthening client relationships and driving sales performance within our Residential Trade Team.

About You
  • Have experience as a Colour Consultant or Interior Designer, possessing strong consultative skills and a proven track record in sales.
  • Be able to build trust quickly with clients and possess excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

Essential requirements include a current driver's licence and own car, excellent communication and administrative skills, and tech-savvy abilities.
