About The Role

  • Assist customers in the showroom to showcase our extensive product range and help them choose the right combination of tiles for their perfect pool or backyard area.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with the Warehouse and Production teams on stock and order fulfillment.
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with our clients.
  • Casual hours between 15-20 hours per week are available, including Saturdays.

About You

The Ideal Candidate:

  • While you don't need prior experience in the pool or tile industry, some interest in design or renovation would be beneficial.
  • You will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You should be a warm and approachable person who naturally builds rapport and exudes confidence.
  • You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You'll enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
  • You'll have some administration skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • You'll be solution-driven with good time management and problem-solving skills.
