Key Leadership Role in Youth Mental Health

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination and delivery of clinical services within our team. This key leadership position demands exceptional clinical expertise and a passion for working with young people.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that day-to-day clinical work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of young people.
  • Support a positive team environment, fostering inclusiveness and best practice.
  • Develop and maintain a risk-aware, trauma-informed, and person-centred service provision for clients and staff.
  • Offer formal clinical supervision, support, and feedback to the team.
Selection Criteria:
  1. Possession of Bachelor level tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or other Allied Health or Behavioural/Social Sciences.
  2. Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) or AASW.
  3. Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
  4. Skills and Experience: Team leadership, demonstrated experience and advanced-level clinical skills, clinical supervision, and facilitation of clinical review and performance management processes.
