The Labourers role is a hands-on position that involves performing physical labouring tasks and assisting supervisors to achieve a safe and well-organised project or activity.
Responsibilities include carrying out labouring tasks, assisting with construction activities, and providing support to the team.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Certificate III level qualification or a willingness and ability to obtain one with Council assistance.
- Previous labouring experience and a basic understanding of plant capabilities and outputs in construction and maintenance areas.
- Good oral and written communication and literacy and numeracy skills.
You will also need to possess a can-do attitude, be willing to work well in a team, and have the ability to complete tasks and projects efficiently.
