Mainframe Security Role

As a professional in mainframe security, you will work with multiple clients to ensure the integrity of their systems.

Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing security policies, managing access controls, and performing compliance activities.

You will administer security policies to control access to systems, manage SSL certificates, complete cyclic compliance activities, perform ACF2/RACF application and agency level access control, and provide support and problem management guidance.

Participating in vendor upgrades and audits is also essential. Your strong knowledge of ACF2/RACF security architecture and Unix in z/OS will be valuable in this role.

To succeed, you should have at least 2+ years' experience in Cyber Security and 5+ years' experience in Mainframe security. Relevant certification such as CISSP or CCNA is necessary, along with a degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
