Key Responsibilities:

  • Exercises independent clinical judgement in complex decision making and mentoring support in GEMRHITH and post-acute care.
  • Fosters an interprofessional team environment to achieve departmental objectives, providing constructive feedback and enhancing communication skills.
  • Develops, monitors and reports on clinical practices and outcomes, analysing data and reporting key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrates clinical leadership and expertise through professional development activities and contributes to training of clinicians and other health professionals.
